Decree promulgated by Emperor Iturbide (Augustín I), setting forth feast days to be observed, including religious celebrations for Saint Hippolytus, the Virgin of Guadalupe ("el 12 de Diciembre, el mas grande para esta América"), Saint Rosa of Lima, and others. Also announces September 17 as the day to celebrate the anniversary of "las víctimas de la Patria."
