Batamani Maenaa’adi, a man from Saua ('Aisi'ina, Furi’isi’ina) in the mountains behind Sinalagu Harbour, worked extensively with Keesing. He was still living in 2020.
Abunge’enia be’u refers to the rituals that follow a death.
Asuabe’u was a man from Namoriiridi, behind Sinalagu Harbour.
Suufiomea was a knowledgeable man from Laa’ula (Malairi). He died in the late 1990s.
Nana’ingaa rituals are performed to make people's existence stable and happy.
T referes to Maenaa’adi's father Tagii’au.
Recording is a continuation of Keesing Cassette Tape 095-096 and continues on Keesing Cassette Tape 098-099.
