La incorporación de la mujer al trabajo
The Incorporatiion of Women into Labor
- Collection
- Description
-
"The incorporation and delegation of women [into] labor is an indispensable necessity in order to help to win the war and the revolution, being a duty of men to extend [to women] help and protection necessary for their emancipation and dignity. [Our] comrades must be made to understand that woman is not nor is not able to be in the process of being a possible rival in employments or salaries. The norm of equivalent salary [for] an equivalent amount of work will always be born in mind; to greater production, greater reward. [When] the war has ended, the reconstruction of Spain needs the effort of all, and in this way the entry of the hand of foreign work into our territory will be avoided to a large part."
