A documentary looking at the continuing events in the everyday lives of the residents of Jimingqiao Cun, Baiyun Xiang, Hunan Province, China. He also interviewed villagers who lived through the Great Famine, 1959-1961. In the director's words: "In 2009 I filmed some happenings in my village. The reservoir was repaired. So was a road. The construction projects caused some problems. I stayed in my village and kept filming."
