This draft document summarizes the perspectives and vision of the EarthCube Leadership Council (LC) on the make-up and functions of the next program support office (hereafter, "PSO"). It is meant to inform proponents to the next office solicitation. This document also discusses features of the EarthCube Science Support Office, which ran from 2016-2019.
