# Spectral analysis of the alongwave SST

##Spectra5.mat
These files contain the spectra of alongwave SST, as a function of crosswave 
position (x) and wavenumber (k) for area 5 (as defined in Figures 2 and 3).

##Spectra1.mat
Same as previous, except it is for area 1 (as defined in Figures 2 and 3).

##Variance5.mat
These files contain the total variance of the spectra (from Spectra5.mat) as a 
function of crosswave position (x).
##Variance1.mat
Same as previous, except it is for area 1 (as defined in Figures 2 and 3).
