This directory contains all the data collected during the SP1724 cruise on the R/V R. G. Sproul, which took place off of Pt. Sal, southern California, during September 10-20/2017.

Each zipped directory comes with detailed README files explaining its contents and the data formats. Brief descriptions are given below.

*ADCP.zip:                      Underway current data from the ship's Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP).
*ALFA_intake_fluorometer.zip:   Underway data from the multi-spectral Advanced Laser Fluorometry Analyzer (ALFA) system.
*bowchain.zip:                  Underway data from a string of Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) sensors deployed on the bow of the ship.
*bowchain_fluorometers.zip:     Chlorophyll and fluorescence data from fluorometers deployed on the bowchain along with the CTD sensors.
*SP1724_module_maps.zip:        Maps of individual segments of the cruise for reference.
*underway_data.zip:             Underway hydrographic data from the ship's flow-through system.
