Allen, Richard; Schroeder, C. (2021). CIL:12036, Paramecium multimicronucleatum, cell by organism, eukaryotic cell, Eukaryotic Protist, Ciliated Protist. In Cell Image Library. UC San Diego Library Digital Collections. Dataset. https://doi.org/10.6075/J0P84B2Z
- Description
-
A segment of the edge of the axoneme showing the outer axonemal dynein arms that extend from the A-subfiber of a doublet to bind to the B subfiber of the adjacent doublet. TEM taken on 4/21/88 by C. Schroeder with Zeiss 10A operating at 80kV. Neg. 31,500X. The raw film was scanned with an Epson Perfection V750 Pro. This image is best used for quantitative analysis.
