Raw data files from the 2012-2014 Solomon Sea SPICE Moorings

Description:
This repository contains the raw instrument data and supporting documentation for the 2012-2014 Solomon Sea SPICE moorings. Raw data is organized by mooring with each mooring repository containing meta data and raw data files for all instruments recovered on that particular mooring. Within a mooring repository you will find:
- Folders for each instrument type recovered for that particular mooring.
- The mooring diagram with instrument types, serial numbers, planned deployment depths, recovery dates and times, and notes about the status of each instrument.
- The magnetic declination for the mooring location at the time of the mooring recovery.

Additionally some mooring repositories also contain:
- A text file with the file naming convention.
- A list on instruments that were lost at sea.

Note: Meta data for the Solomon Strait moorings are written in either French or English.

All files for each successfully recovered instrument can be found in an individual folder within the instrument type folder for that mooring. The individual instrument folder contains any files generated in the data recovery process.

Additionally, available instrument manuals and MATLAB code used for reading in raw data files are provided. Code is given as-is, will need to be modified to fit the users need, and is offered more as guidance.
