A Bill Pugh basket and the Challenger's big crane were used to get personnel off a sailboat and onto the D/V Glomar Challenger (ship) during rough seas at Site 416. One man is being transferred, while two await the return of the Billy Pugh on deck during Leg 50 of the Deep Sea Drilling Project in the Atlantic Ocean off Morocco. 1976.
