'Elota, the priest, circles the dancers 8 times ritually; note pig skull on his left hip.

The priest's full name is 'Elota Si'owane, of Gounaile. He is the bald man with walking sticks. The priest usually holds the skull up in hand while circling, but since Si'owane needs the walking sticks, he tied it to his belt. The priest shouts out the number of each circle as he reaches the panpipers at the end, usually making four circles.
